In this class you will learn controlled fascia release techniques, working with your fascial channels (mirroring acupuncture meridians), which can unwind and restructure even your tightest restrictions, improving posture, mobility and blood, Qi and lymph circulation.
You will feel how the flow of energy through the body is connected to your healing.
