1:1 TRAINING
We offer personalised one to one Pilates sessions programmed specifically for you.
Examples of what we can do:
- Aid your training to achieve specific goals / advances or as part of a conditioning plan
- Assist in rehabilitation from illness/ surgery as part of a physio programme
- Help with musculoskeletal ailments/ conditions
- Help with mobility for elderly and less mobile people to improve muscle activation and stability eg seated Pilates programmes
We also offer home visits and online class options to suit you and best fit your schedule.
